Need to Practice That Parallel Parking? Play Parking Games Online

Parallel parking is something that can stress out even the most confident and experienced driver. You need quick reflexes and a keen eye to park your car tightly up against the curb without running over it, and in between two parked cars without hitting them. Well if you think that your parallel parking could use a little practice, why not play parking games online for a less stressful alternative? This genre of gaming is fun and can be very challenging. It requires fast reflexes, good keyboarding skills, excellent hand-eye coordination and a good sense of timing.

There are a huge variety of these types of games available for play. You can select almost any kind of vehicle in any type of setting that you could possibly think of. If you play parking games online, you may choose to select a game that focus solely on parking. In these games, you are assigned a car or some other vehicle, and your job is to park it as well as possible, without damaging the car, or the objects surrounding it. For instance, you may be assigned to park in a grocery store parking lot, where there are carts, pedestrians and other cars around. You lose points for hitting or bumping against objects in the lot. You are playing against a clock, so the aim is to collect the most points in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of damage to your vehicle.
There are other ways to play parking games online too. Some of the games focus as much on the driving as the parking. There are games which feature emergency vehicles like police cars or fire trucks. In these games, you must drive through the city streets, and then pull up to a scene and park. Again, you must do this without hitting any of the obstacles you encounter along the way. The streets are quite narrow and your hand-eye coordination must be excellent to escape the scenario with limited damage.
You can play parking games online that do not even involve cars too! Some of these games use completely different types of vehicles. Sure, there are tow trucks, monster trucks and double decker buses, but there are also sailboats, yachts, and motorcycles to park. There are also helicopter and airplane parking games available, and even space craft parking games! Some of the parking games use specialized settings like the city, or different time periods to make the game more interesting for players.
You can have a lot of fun if you play parking games online. Just like with that tricky parallel parking issue, you can improve your skill by playing them more often. After all, practice makes perfect! The more you play these games, the better you will get at them. You will develop more control over the arrow keys on your computer which drive most of the action in the majority of the games. Your reflexes will quicken and your hand eye coordination will improve. Who knows? If you play enough, perhaps your parallel parking actually will improve!

Fun MMO Games to Play For Free

If you are keen enough to observe the transition of gaming, then you may have noticed that back then we enjoyed playing Tetris with some cheap mobile gadgets. Next we tried out simple Gameboys and enjoyed playing Super Mario, which is one of the biggest selling games of all time. Then we moved on to more complex consoles with immersive worlds in platforms like the PlayStation 2 and the PlayStation 3. Later, we soon discovered the diverse advantages of playing on the go with the Nintendo DS, 3DS, PlayStation Portable and the PlayStation Vita. But little did we know that in the background, millions of people have already become familiarized with another type of genre called Free-to-Play.
PC and the next generation PlayStation 4 and Xbox One seem to be touting free online games and free-to-play games as having a bright future. So if you haven't tried them, now is the time. If you're new to this, an MMORPG, completely known as Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game, is an online phenomenon that attracts people to immersive worlds and social experiences not very often found in other genres. It is an addictive genre because you tend to play a role or a character that sets onward into a quest or a series of missions that involves strategy, intelligence, and power or gear upgrading. The best part is more people love to play online games today because there are many free MMORPGs and MMOs being offered online for those who simply have a decent internet connection, a PC or console, and the software requirements.
Although a lot of these games are free there are some optional choices wherein you purchase something for the quick advancement of your character. Here are some of the free online games that you will surely love. There's a good chance that the games below include names that you may have heard before but never tried.
First on the roster is Requiem. Most especially for those who want to receive a dose of horror, Requiem is the game for you. This is a free MMORPG that is more mature in nature. In this sense it showcases themes that include killing and gore. You will definitely enjoy this free online game because it offers some fun to play quests, good dialogue and a friendly interface. If you are fond of seeing blood, then Requiem has tons of it. It also has a unique DNA system that customizes the progress or growth of the role you are playing.
Another popular online game, specifically in the US, is Mabinogi. It is a Celtic fantasy type of MMORPG that offers its online players the well-deserved dose of fun and excitement. What makes Mabinogi different from other free MMORPG is that it is a rather simple game. Because of its simplicity, you can easily direct your character into your desired job or avatar skill advancement hence giving you better control of the game.
If you loved playing the game Final Fantasy, then you can also enjoy the MMORPG Atlantica. This is a special type of free online game because you play your characters in a turn based strategy fashion. Like the Final Fantasy series, Atlantica has very good graphics and offers its players a wealth of features including a player versus player option. You can instantly fight anyone you choose wherever they are.
There also is the popular free MMORPG RF Online. This online extravaganza makes you experience as if you are fighting epic battles of great proportions. It is an MMORPG that leans on Science Fiction wherein you can choose what faction you want to play out of the three being offered. When you play RF Online, you will realize that your character's skills improve with practice.
Lastly if you haven't had a chance to check out the free-to-play PlayStation 3 and PC title DC Universe Online, you should definitely take the time to play it. For fans of the DC Universe, this is a game that presents the opportunity for players to live out the fantasy of creating their own superhero and interacting with your favorite heroes and villains like Batman, Superman, The Joker, and Lex Luther. DC Universe Online provides fast and fun real-time combat, highly customizable characters, and familiar environments from the DC Universe to play in. It's also one of the best MMO console experiences this generation.
In the near future with the release of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, console gamers will be treated to a new level of immersion and online experiences with games like Diablo 3, Elder Scrolls Online, Battlefield 4, and more. But there is also a push for free-to-play experiences with games like PlanetSide 2, Warframe, Blacklight: Retribution all coming to the PlayStation 4 and the free-to-play hit World of Tanks coming to the Xbox 360. Just to leave you with something that might not be a well-known fact at this point, there is no PlayStation Plus Paywall keeping you from playing free-to-play games. So you don't need PS Plus to play these games online on the PlayStation 4 in the future. That's a very good thing.

Strategy Games: The Breakdown

With this article, I'd like to take a look at online strategy games. As with most categories of games we can find on the internet, these can be broken down into subcategories. By far the most popular one of these subcategories has to be Tower Defense Games, but we also have Turn-based, RPG's (or role playing games), and Defend and Conquer games. No matter what category we end up in, they all have something in common, and before we break down the different subcategories, we should look at what makes a game fall into the broader category. So, what puts a game in the strategy games genre? The essential characteristic that describes this genre would be that there is an all encompassing goal. The setup would make it to where the player would need to take specific steps and make careful decisions along the road to victory. Of course, there will also be challenges or obstacles along the way that would cause the player to react or respond or maybe even change his or her strategy to get to that main goal. Now then, this can be done a few different ways which brings us to the subcategories. Let's discuss them more at length!
Tower Defense is the first subcategory we brought up, so let's start with it here as well. As the name denotes, the player uses towers to defend something. That something can be a base of operations, a group of defenseless civilians, or a priceless relic. Depending on the game, it could really be anything that fits that specific scenario. The way these are set up, the player makes decisions on what kind of towers to use to fend off the enemies. The towers usually have different abilities and cost varying amounts of money. He or she starts out with a certain amount of money to build the first set of towers, then earns more as the player defeats each enemy. These games also vary from scenario to scenario and the enemies can range anywhere from being a computer virus to being a caveman. Anyways, these baddies come in waves, and the player's task is to do what he can during and in between these waves to fend them off with his towers. Turn-based Games are pretty self explanatory. The player uses turns to make decisions whether to attack, prepare for the next turn, or respond to a previous attack. Some more specific decisions to choose from might be using boosts, healing, or preparing a weapon for the next turn. These can overlap with RPG's or with the Defend and Conquer subcategory because they sometimes use a turn-based interface.
RPG's make up a subcategory in which the player may control one or more characters that have different abilities, and the player makes choices on how to develop each character as they progress in the game. The player can do things like use points to upgrade character stats, find better weapons and/or armor, or further develop specific fighting moves. To achieve these goals, the player must fight bad guys, level up, and collect loot. The Defend and Conquer subcategory is also self explanatory. The player starts with a base of some kind, builds resources, and spreads out to take over and defend other bases.
We've covered a lot of ground! We have discussed what a strategy game is as well as all the different types of strategy games that are available. The only thing left to do is to play them!

The Top 10 Addons For WoW

This list of top 10 addons for WoW are obviously my personal preference after almost 5 years of playing World of Warcraft.
There are tons of other addons you can play around with but, I have found these to be the best for the way I like to play and what I like to see on my screen while playing WoW.

This list is in no particular order:
  • Sexy Maps - I love being able to change the look of my map and this gives me the ability to make a ton of different changes.

  • Postal - Tired of having to click on every single item in your mailbox? Postal allows you to open everything in a single click.

  • Bagnon - Allows you to open and close all bag at the same time. You can even search your bags for that annoying item you can never seem to find.

  • X-Pearl - I simply love the look and feel of this because of the player portrait and ability to change pretty much everything about the WoW raid and party frames.

  • Bartender - Allows me to get rid of that cheesy Blizzard bar artwork, move and scale my bars to any size I desire. You can also hide bars so that they are only seen when you hover your mouse over them. I love this for the micro and bag bars.

  • Auction Master - Everyone that has been playing WoW for any period of time knows that the Auction House is the very best way to make top gold in World of Warcraft. There are a few good Auction House addons out there but, this one has become my favorite because of the any options and a great scanning feature.

  • Vuh-Do - Yes, I mainly play healers and there simply is no better for healing available for World of Warcraft.

  • Gatherer - The very best resources addon because it allows you to plug-in with others in your guild farming resources and build an awesome database of where to farm anything in the game.

  • Deadly Boss Mods - If you are going to raid then this is simply a must have. You will not find too many guilds that are going to let you have a spot on their raid team without having this addon installed. Many people argue it is not needed but, I personally believe it helps you be more aware of raid surroundings. Just get it.

  • WoW Quest Addons - These addons are for power leveling through questing. There are many that argue the fastest way to level in WoW. I have tried pretty much every method available and these addons beat anything you can try.

Proudly Wear Your Ninja Suit Playing Online Ninja Games

Projecting a certain aura of mystery, being the ultimate martial arts experts, coming from the quite fascinating land and time period of feudal Japan, they've always been placed on a higher position in the superheroes' hierarchy, being more popular than the standard European knights or the American outlaw cowboys. No wonder that they have so easily entered and adapted to the virtual world of online games, too! Anyone can, nowadays, put on his cool black full suit and engage in ninja combats, sharpen his ninjutsu fighting techniques, learn to handle different types of ninja-specific weapons and walk into the shoes of a ninja mercenary right from the comfort of his room or office, without turning back the hands of time or booking a flight ticket to Japan, with no deadly dangers to face and an extreme real-life martial arts training to take first, simply by playing ninja games online. In this respect, allow me to point out for you some of the most popular types of them!

FIGHTING/BATTLE NINJA GAMES
They're by far some the most widespread ones, for this is precisely the main source of fascination for any ninja games-addicts out there: trying to defeat different types of well-trained enemies while showing off their amazing martial arts fighting techniques! Usually they're side-view types of games where you need to use your arrow keys (in some cases your space bar, too) for jumping, blocking, delivering your deadly kicks or using your ninja sword. Great reaction times are a must, as well as a great balance between your defense and offense tactics. The goals for such brutal confrontations range from saving a helpless maiden, to that of rescuing a close friend or killing a dragon terrorizing your home folks.
STRATEGY NINJA GAMES
For those of you who don't get 100% challenged by mere ninja fighting scenes, the ones which challenge your strategy skills and therefore your brain rather than just your reaction times and knowledge of martial arts will make an awesome dare for you. The most representative game, in this case, is definitely the Golden Ninja. It's similar to a super challenging tower defense game featuring two enemy ninja clans fighting for sovereignty over the same kingdom. You'll get to work your brain muscle to come up with the perfect plan, the ultimate strategy for disposing your army along the battlefield, for grouping your units and taking over your ninja enemies' buildings.
PLATFORM/SKILL NINJA GAMES
This old-school, Mario games-inspired type of online ninja games will never ever grow out of fashion. Their basic, one might say rudimentary, game play is compensated by all those challenging obstacles to overcome, such as intricate looking platforms to cross, other evil ninjas or all kinds of mean creatures to confront or unexpected bonuses, upgrades to collect. To all these you should add the platforms' challenge itself, for climbing and jumping from one platform to another will surprisingly challenge your skills big time.
Needless to say that in most cases there's no clear-cut borderline to separate these 3 main categories of online ninja games, we can definitely have some thrilling fighting scenes in the platform, Mario-like ninja games and we are surely challenged to put together the best strategies when we're playing a so-called "ninja fighting game". Go for the ones that best satisfy your need for online gaming entertainment and... enjoy your virtual ninja experience!

Enter Neverwinter - Cryptic Studios New Gem of a World

Neverwinter is an epic and beautiful new online persistent world created by Cryptic studios. Set foot inside of Forgotten Realm's; one of Dungeon's and Dragon's most beloved setting.
It is here that you can take on the role of human, dwarf, drow and tiefling and embark on memorable questing in this new free to play mmo. Let's discuss some interesting facts for this review.

1. Cryptic studios have been hard at work developing Neverwinter. This studio is no slouch when it comes to these types of games. The studio has developed other highly successful action rpg mmo's including: City of Heroes and Star Trek Online. When it comes to the rich lore of Dungeon's and Dragon's, Cryptic has stayed true to classic D&D, as they themselves are big fans originating from the pencil and paper and dice days.
2. Neverwinter mmo could be the best free mmorpg out there. The art design is lush and the world is not lacking on lore. The writers of Neverwinter online have over 20 years of material to work with, so the Forgotten Realm's backdrop will be teeming with life and depth. Cryptic has also paid homage to the Dungeon Master, giving players the tools to build their own dungeons, stories, and even add enemies; with the inclusion of The Foundry.
3. Neverwinter online launches at no cost. This keeps it competitive with other mmo's out there, and gives little reason to not download the game client and jump right in and give it a shot. It is an action packed MMO, with dungeons, vast exploration, and cities crafted as if they were living and breathing. Cryptic has also made it so that you can experience all that Neverwinter has to offer solo, or with friends.
4. One of the most unique aspects of Neverwinter is the development of what is called The Foundry. Cryptic has developed a tool that gives the power of dungeon creation in the hands of anyone savvy enough to tackle it. Players can build entire dungeons, castles, cities. They then can fill them with NPC's and enemies, and build their own adventures right into the set pieces. In essence Cryptic is giving players the power to be their own Dungeon Master. In addition to this, players can then share their creations and get them rated by other players.
5. There are many, many options when choosing a new mmo to play. Players should take the time to try out Neverwinter. Fans of fantasy lore will not be disappointed. The Dungeon's and Dragon universe is one of the richest and most detailed of all fantasy universes. It has a loyal and friendly community, eager to help newcomers in their quests across Forgotten Realms.

The Best Facebook Games That Are Fun To Play

Here are some really cool Facebook games that I enjoy playing. So I am going to introduce them to you.
Dragon City
Now Dragon City is my all-time favorite Facebook game. This game reminds me of Pokemon so much. You enter an island where you get to breed dragons. Your goal is to breed all the different dragons available to you and enter combat against other player's dragons. There are mainly 8 different basic elements that you can breed at first. Eventually, you will want to get some hybrid dragons so you can mate some rare and powerful dragons. Once you are able to get the Legendary Dragon, you will have an easier time in the player league and dragon tournaments. It can be a very addictive game, so you might want to play it at a moderate pace.

Candy Crush Saga
This game can be fun and also a hair puller at times. So this is rather similar to bejeweled, but you replace them with candies. The cool part about it is that you can make some really special candies that help you clear the puzzle. The basic premise of the game is that you have to complete your stage by either removing the selected squares, collect fruits, achieve a certain amount of points or clear the stage with a time limit. There are many combos that you can use to help you attain your goal. If you line up 4 in a row you get a color candy that can wipe out an entire row vertically or horizontally. There is also the candy bomb that can blast an area of 3x3 or 5x5 if you can manage to get 2 combined together. They are extremely powerful. There is also the chocolate candy that can clear the same colored candy.

This game is also extremely challenging sometimes because some stages require some thinking for a bit before making a move. The beginning puzzles can be easy and require not much brain power. However, as you get to the latter stages starting from 50 plus, they amp up the difficulty. You can buy Facebook credits to help you get some bonus special abilities to clear the puzzle, but I wouldn't recommend it as it really takes away the challenge of the game. Sometimes, I spend as much as an hour trying to solve one of the puzzles. I would definitely recommend this game to puzzle game lovers. It really will get you addicted as well, so let me warn you beforehand!
These 2 are my favorite Facebook games so far. If you have some leisure time, be sure to check them out!

How to Level Up Quickly in WoW

What is the key to how to level up quickly in WoW?
Honestly there are several things you can do to ensure you are able to level a character in the shortest time possible and these days just 3-4 days played time should be a reasonable expectation if you are doing the right things.
With the introduction of guild achievement awhile ago, Blizzard made joining a guild with leveling perks a must for anyone looking to power level characters. Most people will immediately look for a level 25 guild as soon as they create a new character because they know they will get an immediate experience boost from questing.

Questing vs. Battlegrounds vs. Running Dungeons
There has been a long running debate over the fastest way to level in WoW when it comes to questing, battlegrounds and running dungeons.
I have leveled dozens of characters and tried all three methods several times as well as a combination of them.
Battlegrounds are great when you are able to get into the weekly Call To Arms and you are winning. Regular BGs and losing drop your experience per hour to one of the lowest rates.
Running dungeons is a great way to get gear while you level pretty fast. The problem with dungeons is the wait time to get into one and if you get into bad groups your experience per hour can actually be pretty bad.
Questing was set up by Blizzard as their preferred method for players to level because it will immerse you into the various story lines in the game and allow you to experience everything the game has to offer.
It is the very best experience per hour of any leveling method although many players get burned out on questing as it becomes kind of a grind.
I prefer to use a combination of questing and running dungeons because I can quest while I wait to get into a dungeon and I have a chance to get some very nice blue gear upgrades while doing a dungeon.
This also makes sure you are simply not sitting waiting for a dungeon to pop up which lowers your experience per hour because you are not doing anything to gain experience.
Having as much bag space as possible will increase your leveling rate because you can go longer without having to find places to sell items and clear out bag space. You should never just leave loot sitting on the ground as pretty much everything you pick up can be sold for in game currency.
I use a good in game WoW Quest Addon WoW Quest Addon to power level through questing while I wait for dungeons to maximize my playing time.

Battleblock Theater

Battleblock Theater is the latest game from indie developer The Behemoth, creators of Alien Hominid, and one of the all time best selling Xbox Live Arcade games, Castle Crashers. While the studio has retained its hand drawn graphical style and, uh... uniquely crude... sense of humor, The Behemoth chose to eschew the hack and slash gameplay that made Castle Crashers such a hit, in favor of a pure platformer approach.

The game begins by telling the story of a ship full of friends, a friendship if you will, lead by head friend Hatty Hatty. One evening the friendship is caught in a whale of a storm and Hatty and all his friends crash on an island. Soon after, Hatty is kidnapped and forced to wear a hat. Not just any hat, mind you, this one makes Hatty all evil and weird, forcing him to turn against his friends, including you. Before you know it, you find yourself in a "gladiatorial prisony place with (a) perilous medley of twisted stage productions that shred the silky fabric which weaves together the fragile blanket of sanity that keeps us sane." A gladiatorial prisony place which also just happens to have theater seating. And where you're forced to run a deadly and seemingly endless gauntlet of traps. All for the entertainment of sentient cats.
Well, at least smarter than average cats to be sure. I mean they have spike traps and tank turrets. Robots with rocket launchers, and lasers. Sometimes they toss some of the older kittens in there to fight you too, and those cats come armed with everything from hand grenades and exploding frogs to boomerangs and vacuum cleaners to keep you from your goal. Which, by the way, is to find at least three gems in a stage which will unlock the exit, allowing you to escape. Also keep an eye out for balls of yarn that you can cash in with the guards for new weapons. Along the way you'll make use of suction cup guns and jetpacks, springboards and floating platforms... with eyes and mouths. And just in case you're thinking "Oh well, you get jetpacks, that doesn't sound so bad," some of the levels are timed, adding an extra level of stress as you strive for the goal.
With over 100 stages across eight levels, several secret areas, two game modes (normal and insane), and an equal number of very similar, but slightly more teamwork-oriented two player co-op stages that are playable with a friend online, or in good old fashioned couch co-op style, Battleblock Theater has enough content to keep you busy for quite some time, and is well worth the approximately $15 price point. If that weren't enough though, there's also a level editor included, allowing you to create your own diabolical deathtrap filled dungeons to escape, and then sharing them online, where there is already a veritable smorgasbord of user created content up for you to explore, play and rate until your heart's content. There is also a ton of customization unlockables to collect in the form of other prisoners friends you can play as, while gem collecting your way to freedom, and you can trade these with your friends online in an effort to complete your set.
Battleblock Theater is currently only available on Xbox Live Arcade, and is one of the better downloadable releases of the past several weeks. It's hours of fun, but you don't have to take my word for it. Like most Live Arcade games there is a free demo available, so download that sucker and give it a whirl. If you like what you see, then come into Slackers and pick up an Xbox Live Points card and use it to unlock the full game. Or just save time and do that first, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Recommended if you like platformers, cats, and designing elaborate deathtraps.
